EHS Engineer

Safety

o Ensure company practice to meet local government's requirement on safety, health & environment.

o Deliver safety awareness training to all new hired employees

o Plan and organize the safety activities, such as safety committee, first aid team etc.

o Attend to weekly safety walk and track all findings

o Conduct daily safety audit and equipment safety release

o Observe and analyze the potential safety risk in the plant area to prevent accident

o Investigate, analysis and find out the root cause when accident occurs

o Personal protective equipment management

o Monthly inspection to the fire prevention system

o Organize the evacuation maneuver at least once per year

o Coordinate with the fire maintenance supplier on the issues of troubleshooting and annual inspection

o Supervise handling the inflammable chemicals

• Environment

o Comprehend and implement ISO 14001 environmental management system in the company

 Identify environmental aspects, impact and establish environmental objectives, targets and environmental management programs

 Collect applicable environmental laws and regulations, inform related departments

 Identify training needs for different areas and inform/or help are supervisor to conduct training effectively

 Keep good internal/external communication on environmental aspects and EMS

 Identify the potential risk and response to accidents and emergency situations and to prevent and mitigate the environmental impacts that may result

 Set up applicable EMS procedures and work instructions of GZ plant if necessary

 Supervise completing of corrective and preventive action activities

 Monitor and measure all environmental management activities and improvements.

 Monitor and measure environmental pollution parameters according to law and regulations

 Maintain environmental management system records to ensure that the data is readily available, accurate and reliable

 Conduct environmental system internal audit annually

 Supervise the handling of hazardous materials and waste including water, air and solid waste according to regulation and Delphi requirements.

• Health

o Supervise and support health management

o Supervise and support the prevention to the epidemic and occupational disease and food poisoning

• Security

o Create security rules and regulations and make sure it's well implementation

o Coordinate with security company and public security bureau

o Supervise security guards
