About the Job

Assists in company-wide ESG-related strategic initiatives and ESG-related collaboration across the group, including data collection, business process development, documentation, and electronic storage of company processes for all Taulia employees and the Taulia ESG Committee. Works with subject matter experts to develop and document business initiatives for Taulia's corporate sustainability plan.

Responsibilities

• Supports ESG-related research, initiatives, strategy, and actionable ideas in the form of thematic and strategy research reports
• Collects data from Taulia global locations to document our carbon footprint reporting
• Analyzes data and business processes with subject matter experts and documents the processes
• Maintains online content, including coordinating, updating, and maintaining user interfaces, documenting processes and policies
• Assist in developing communication materials about ESG-related initiatives
• Prepares material and data for business reporting
• Works closely with the sustainability investing governance team to ensure compliance
• May perform all or some of the responsibilities above as well as other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Passionate about ESG!
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No previous work experience required

Internship Details

• Dates: December 5th, 2022 - June 9th, 2023
• Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $25 per hour
• Location: 2825 E Cottonwood Pkwy #360, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121
