Estimator/Project Manager - Underground Utilities

Position Overview TC Construction Company Inc. is excited to announce an immediate opening for an experienced Estimator and/or Project Manager to join our team specializing in underground wet utility construction. Key Responsibilities · Estimating or managing projects with a Wet Utility scope · Applying knowledge of industry standards and specifications for wet utilities · Creating and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules · Performing accurate takeoffs and utilizing estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid experience is a plus) · Coordinating effectively with owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors · Overseeing material procurement and delivery schedules · Managing job costing, budgeting, and documentation including Change Orders (COs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Purchase Orders (POs) · Supervising and communicating with a diverse group of subcontractors and suppliers Qualifications · Demonstrated experience in public and private sector construction projects · Strong organizational and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently · Prior experience in wet utility construction is required · Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus Benefits · Paid Vacation · Paid Sick Leave · Free Health Insurance (for employee) · 401(k) Retirement Plan If you’re passionate about infrastructure development and ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
