Who you are

Valcre’s Excel based valuation templates are the main interface for our customers.  These templates provide standard valuation approaches to a diverse range of properties. You have a deep understanding and passion for building complex data solutions in Excel with a focus on customization streamlined workflow and accurate results.

Successful candidates will be those who are team players love rapid growth and have demonstrated a verifiable track record of success in fast-paced and fluid environments.

• 5+ Excel based development: formulas macros scripting

• Experience with large data sets: parsing filtering display

• Excellent cross departmental collaboration skills

• Fantastic interpersonal written and oral communication skills

• Relevant startup or high-growth experience

[Bonus]

• Experience with C#

• Experience with Office Add-in development

• Understanding of Valuation industry

Preliminary Screen - Intro to Valcre

• [20-30m] Intro to Valcre and a chance for us to get to know you better

Round 1 - Technical Deep Dive

• [45-60m] - Conversation with CTO. Technical questions and deeper dive into our Excel solutions

Round 2 - Developer interview

• [30m] - Deep dive with other Excel developers

Final Stage - Meet our CEO

• [15-20m] - Conversation with CEO: get to know our CEO and co-founder his vision for the company as a whole and what’s so exciting about our work

• References and offer prep
