Job Description
- You will work as an Expansion Manager (f/m/x) at DCI in close collaboration with the Head of Expansion and the extended Senior Management Team.
- You will lead the development and scaling of our new locations.
- You will actively contribute to the success of DCI and be responsible for project management in the areas of business development and operations.
- You will take on exciting and success-critical tasks in the key areas of Sales, Marketing & Partnership Management and Campus Development.
- You are active at regional events, present the DCI locally and build up a large network.
- You take on the preparation of decision-making documents for the management through structured procurement and preparation of information.
- You are known for your drive and your ambition to succeed, your independent way of working as well as your flexibility and speed.
- You are entrepreneurial and analytical, preferably with start-up experience.
- You are extremely hands-on and willing to take on any task that comes your way.
- You have sales in your blood and love to approach people and network.
- You know what matters and work autonomously. You can set your priorities correctly according to the location and company goals.
- You have very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You enjoy optimising processes according to KPIs, creating analyses and reports and identifying market potential.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You enjoy working in the field and are willing to travel.
