We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to support our Product team.

• Define the product management way of working

• Drive product strategy and priority for your area of the product;
• Define processes to streamline your work, but also the work with engineers and designers;
• Work in a cross-functional team with engineers and designers and define their work packages through tickets and epics;
• Defend user needs, informed through data, qualitative and quantitative user research;
• Work with data team to understand and optimise metrics of the features used;
• Define business priorities based on input from marketing, commercial, legal and finance teams.

• 3-4+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, ideally with mobile apps;
• Fluent with product discovery techniques;
• A passion for building world-class customer experiences;
• A genuine love for collaboration and with great interpersonal skills;
• A strong bias for action with a hands on attitude;
• A data driven approach with at least basic data analytics skills;
• Strong English language skills;
• Willing to learn and to step outside your comfort zone; and
• Mentored a junior product manager.

• Experience working with Fintech or another regulated industry;
• Experience with product management of a B2B SaaS;
• Manages one junior product manager;
• Worked in small and fast-paced environments.
