Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively. The technician will work in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties • Maintain HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency. • Diagnose and repair equipment issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic instruments. • Conduct field service visits to assess system performance and address customer concerns. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
