Your mission
Experienced Trade Marketing Manager
Pierre Fabre Denmark is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager for the Danish dermo-cosmetics team to help strengthen our position in the Danish pharmacies and to help accelerate our growth with selected specialty retailers both off- and online for the three brands we market in Denmark: Eau Thermale Avène, A-Derma and Ducray.
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for deploying Global and Nordic brand and product communication in both on- and offline retail environments in order to increase our share of voice in the most impactful manner. You will also manage and develop local campaign plans and commercial offers with the aim of driving sell-out and increasing market share. In this role, you will be working in close cooperation with both the trade marketing coordinator, the trade marketing student assistant, the local commercial team as well as the Nordic marketing team.

Translate channel marketing strategies to specific shopper activation initiatives.

Develop concept and activation plans based on shopper behaviour, market- and category insights.

Develop and, in case needed, adapt brand and product POS materials to support product launches and renovations both on- and offline.

Develop and execute local marketing campaign plans in close collaboration with our KAM.

Further develop our e-retail presence in collaboration with the Nordic digital team and our KAM.

Manage the planning, execution (incl. forecast) and evaluation of commercial offers e.g., pre-packed displays, campaign packs, kits, and duo packs.

Manage the development, purchasing and distribution of campaign material in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Continuously improve and evaluate our communication in all B2B touchpoints.

Plan, monitor and follow-up on the annual marketing budget.

Manage local PR investments and plans.

Participate in client meetings when relevant.
You will be part of a commercial team of 15 people and will report to the Danish Country Manager.
ABOUT YOU
-
Master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
-
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing management, brand management, or a related field.

Have successfully delivered impactful marketing and communication campaigns contributing to increased growth and market share.

Affinity with personal care or skin care categories is an advantage.

Experience working with various retail environments will be an advantage e.g., specialty, drugstore, grocery, pure players, etc.

Strong project management skills: time management and organization.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external partners.

Team player who appreciates being part of a team both on a professional and social level.

Fluent in Danish – both in writing and verbally.
