Why we need this role
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Experiential Manager to help create and execute delightful customer experiences. This role will own the Experiential marketing strategy for the organisation in the Americas and Europe and will act as the champion for the brand.
The role requires to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups, including sales and marketing leadership, investor and founder networks, partner organisations and agencies to design the strategic experiential marketing initiatives as well as developing specific regional programs including (but not limited to) participation in tech conferences/expos, on ground activations, experiential as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
The position will help identify unique opportunities to deliver against business objectives while carefully tracking budgets and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative seed ideas for experiences based on marketing strategy, messaging and program objectives
- Collaborate with creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences
- Drive the development of complex creative ideas, respond to a range of briefs and manage mutli-stakeholder objectives across larger more integrated projects where it pertains to experiential activations.
- Scope and manage production partners and agencies, ensuring proposals are feasible.
- Responsible for driving objectives, managing stakeholders and deliverables while adhering to the brand vision and guidelines.
- Manage and monitor dedicated marketing spend, optimize marketing results with clear ROI reporting
- Manage internal stakeholder objectives and external production partners on a global level, crossing multiple time zones in a highly communicative and effective way.
- Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects on experiential marketing including cutting edge techniques to engage and excite the consumer.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creating and executing live activations, events, physical installations, product experiences while operating in a marketing focused team and environment
- Wide-range experience in brand led activations.
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- An ability to understand tech and business software
- Ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including leadership teams, investor networks, C-level executives, business process owners, agencies, production houses.
- Masterful as a lead producer with SOPs, schedules and budget experience with clear and concise decision making skills - unafraid to make hard decisions for the success of a program.
- Motivated self-starter, takes initiative and can adapt quickly and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills - and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments
