Facility Maintenance Technician – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL LISTED SKILLS READ BEFORE APPLYING – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a highly skilledFacility Maintenance Technicianwithproven experiencein multiple trades, includingflooring, HVAC, drywall, painting, general repairs, and strong electrical work. This isnotan entry-level position. If you do not have hands-on experience in all the areas listed below, pleasedo not apply. Key Responsibilities (Must Be Skilled in ALL Areas) • Flooring Installation & Repair– Install, repair, and maintain hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl flooring. • Drywall Installation & Repair– Hang, patch, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface. • Painting (Interior & Exterior)– Surface prep, priming, and applying paint or other finishes with professional results. • HVAC Maintenance & Repair– Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • General Repairs– Handle door/window repairs, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and general home/office maintenance. • Electrical Work– Install, repair, and maintain electrical outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and perform other electrical taskssafely and correctly. • Inspection & Troubleshooting– Identify and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete necessary repairs. • Customer Interaction– Communicate professionally with clients, understand their needs, and ensure job satisfaction. • Safety Compliance– Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Minimum Qualifications (Do NOT Apply If You Do Not Meet These) ✔Provenexperience inALLthe key responsibilities listed above. ✔Strong knowledgeof tools, equipment, and materials for maintenance and repair work. ✔ Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and manuals. ✔Problem-solving mindsetwith attention to detail and high-quality standards. ✔ Ability to workindependentlyandas part of a team. ✔ Strongcommunication and customer service skills. ✔Physical abilityto lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in different environments. Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications ✔ Vocational training or certification in a relevant trade. ✔ Additional experience inplumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
