Facility QA Team Supervisor

What You Will Do :

The Facility Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day work of the inpatient coding quality review team members. This includes but is not limited to daily work assignments monitoring productivity and quality answering coding questions reviewing and approving time off and completing performance reviews as well as delivering QA reports to the clients. What You Will Need :

• Bachelor's Degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

• Must hold one of the following active credentials: (RHIT RHIA CCS).

• 5+ years inpatient and/or outpatient coding experience at an acute care hospital

• Prior management experience

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Auditing experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $81000.00-$135000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
