Position Summary
Onapsis is looking for a savvy Americas Field Marketing Specialist to join our Demand and Field Marketing team. In this role, you will support and execute the integrated marketing programs for the Americas region, focused on growing awareness and engagement that translates into predictable pipeline. If you are passionate about helping to share and build a field marketing powerhouse, this role is for you!Â
Responsibilities
- Build and execute regional programs, including virtual and in-person events, third party conferences, custom regional programs, and joint partner activities
- Support and manage marquee industry events for Onapsis, such as RSA Conference, SAPInsider, SAP Sapphire, Gartner Risk & Security Summit, Black Hat, and others
- Work collaboratively with regional sales and partner teams to ensure rigorous lead follow up across your regionÂ
- Assist in the development of the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives and tactics for your region to reach revenue goals and KPIs Â
- Manage annual field marketing budget to support regional programs and influence pipeline
- Track and share data for the forecast, measurement and analysis of the impact of the plan and campaigns on pipeline
- Regularly present to field sales teams on program metrics, marketing initiatives and ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing role or comparable experience
- Experience in managing integrated campaigns, especially including events and ABM programs Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft ad, email and landing page copy that aligns with brand voice and guidelinesÂ
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (Pardot or similar) is preferredÂ
- Positive, energetic personality with a drive to succeed and go the extra mile
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, stay organized, and foster cross-departmental collaborationÂ
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field preferredÂ
- Some travel required – 20%
