WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Finance Data and Reporting Director will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the FP&A, Technology, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to bring to life an EPM tool at scale across all Nike geographies and business segments. Critical support will be provided in:

• Engaging and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify and map business needs and charter a path for data enablement and successful implementation of the Anaplan EPM software solution
• Development of user journey, design the User Experience interface and dashboards for data input and visualization of metrics, KPIs, and business drivers
• Perform complex business and data analysis work, identify root cause of data challenges through the database or business analysis and propose solutions
• Core member of Anaplan Center of Excellence team and EPM implementation team

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Finance Data and Reporting Director will engage in a large-scale project in partnership with Nike Technology team to design, implement and drive continuous improvement to a modern and integrated web-based financial planning model that will transform the way we work at Nike's FP&A community.

You will work closely with executive and functional leadership to understand the business needs, drive connectivity to data for insights and decision making, design, and implement standardized driver-based financial planning models. You will also have the opportunity to build critical computational tools, and dynamic graphic presentations, create frameworks and standards for future teams, and capabilities in a highly collaborative and fluid team environment.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Based out our World Headquarters, you will partner and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, from Global Finance leadership to FP&A teammates. You will also work with a cross-functional EPM team including teammates from Technology, Financial Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Strategic Enterprise Capabilities. Additionally, you will also directly engage external stakeholders including Anaplan and the EPM Solutions Integrator partner.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an ERP or EPM Finance Environment
• Proven track record in delivering a data modeling road map in support of multiple concise solutions with contending priorities
• Ability to find opportunities to streamline current practices to shorten delivery schedules, improve quality, and/or increase efficiency
• Strong leadership ability and understanding/application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, and cross-team effectiveness
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities
• Experience with project management and/or technology deployment projects preferred (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, IBM, Oracle or OneStream). Anaplan Certification preferred (Model Building or Master Anaplanner)
• Experience with Snowflake or other data lakes such as MS Azure or AWS preferred
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Nike brand!
