180 House…

Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours. 

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Coach to join our West London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). As a multifunctional fitness coach, you will be expected to provide service and gym floor experience for our members and go above and beyond expectations. You'll support the teams to maximise fitness and retail sales and ensure targets are achieved as well as ensure cleanliness standards in the gym studio areas and equipment. You will adhere to health and safety requirements including completion of all relevant checks and be a role model in operational excellence by delivering a high standard of group exercise classes.

What we are looking for...

• Must be a minimum of level 2 fitness qualified
• Ability to teach fitness classes to a high standard both in studio and gym floor
• Ability to mentor, motivate coach and development team members to achieve their potential 
• Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
• Ability to be self-motivated and active in your duties
• Strong communication skills
