MJ Mechanical runs various projects continuously year-round. MJ is currently hiring anEXPERIENCEDTX licensed journeyman running jobsites as a FOREMAN to supervise ongoing commercial projects. Wages are competitive and based on years of experience and expertise – up to $35/*hr+ $$_*with more experience_. JOB DESCRIPTION The Licensed Plumbing Foreman’s project responsibilities involve directing the work schedule and phases, supervising a crew of employees, delegating tasks as necessary, diagnosing plumbing problems, and tending to all necessary equipment. The Foreman also communicates daily with the job site staff, Field Supervisor, project manager, shop, and office personnel. A successful Plumbing Foreman will constantly plan, track progress, provide specific training, promote safety and quality; and keep their crew always equipped with the right materials and tools. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION -Must have a valid/unexpired Texas plumbing Journeyman license card. Must maintain it throughout tenure at the company. -Require4or more years in field experience in commercial construction plumbing. And some supervisory management experience. -Able to understand and communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to give and receive work instructions in English.
