Role Overview We’re looking for aJunior Graphic Designerwith a sharp eye for design, a hunger to learn, and the ability to translate ideas into visuals that stop people in their tracks. You’ll work closely with our creative team to design content for client brands as well as Shyft Media’s own identity. This is an opportunity to grow fast, get your hands on a wide variety of projects, and make a real impact. Responsibilities • Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, ads, websites, and print. • Support senior designers and creative leads on larger campaigns. • Collaborate with video editors and social media managers to create cohesive content. • Apply client brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables. • Contribute fresh creative ideas in brainstorming sessions. • Prepare files for digital and print production with attention to detail. Qualifications • 0–2 years of professional design experience (internships or strong portfolio welcome). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus. • Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout. • Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines. • A growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and sharpen your craft. Bonus Points • Experience with motion graphics or video editing. • Knowledge of social media trends and content styles. • Photography or illustration skills.
