As part of our AI & Innovation Team, you’ll help us harness the power of data and automation to transform how we design, plan, and deliver our projects.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an entry level, analytical, and detail-oriented generalist who is passionate about solving problems with data. This role is perfect for someone who loves learning new technologies, is Python and SQL knowledgeable, and enjoys turning information into clear insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to help us make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.
This is a full-time, in-office position (NOT REMOTE) located at our Phoenixville, PA headquarters. You MUST be local or within distance to commute to our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support design and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop scripts and tools using Python and SQL for automation and reporting.
• Assist with cloud-based data storage and basic infrastructure management.
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and leadership to identify opportunities for AI and process improvement.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years’ experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles.
• Python and SQL knowledgeable / comfortable writing queries and basic scripts.
• Understanding of ETL basics, cloud basics, and Git basics.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills / able to explain data insights clearly.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools quickly.
• Demonstrates growth mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
