Plastics Setup Technician/Operator

Overview: We are currently seeking a Setup Technician/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating, assembling, and operating machinery, with a strong mechanical background. If you have knowledge in plastics injection molding, machining, and lean manufacturing practices, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Setup machinery and equipment following safety guidelines and procedures - Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and machinery - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Conduct inspections using vision system to verify product specifications - Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing facility Requirements: - Previous experience in plastics injection molding or machining is preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various hand tools effectively - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Phoenixville, PA 19460: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
