Our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program is designed for ambitious graduates offering hands-on training mentorship and real-world experience within IBM Digital Sales. Over 12 months you will work in our talent hub based in Valencia gaining critical skills before transitioning into your next career step as Sales Professional for IBM Storage in the Middle East and Africa market. After 12 months successful candidates will relocate to one of the following countries: UAE KSA Qatar Turkey Egypt or Morocco.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Sales Representative (Digital) role (what we internally call a 'Digital Sales Specialist') you will be developing trusted relationships you'll work with clients and colleagues to shape the future of their technology landscape advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle. As we help you combine your technical education with consultative sales best practices you will accelerate enterprises' success by providing award winning solutions across Software Automation & Intergration technologies Envision helping clients create a world with less repetitive work and more innovative decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Solution-Selling: Learn and employ solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers qualify business opportunities and respond to clients' needs.
* Opportunity Identification: Assisting your team in identifying up/cross-sell opportunities within your defined client & partner territory
* Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborating with IBM Marketing and Sales to develop new business campaigns.
* Client and IBM partner relationship management: Manage a dedicated client set and define confirm and communicate the differentiated value of IBM's technology at both the technical and business level. Responsible for managing IBM partner relationships ensuring mutual growth and business objectives alignment.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts.
* Collaboration with IBM Ecosystem: Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem from Marketing to Sales and technical colleagues to IBM Business Partners in order to build sales campaigns and incremental pipeline.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

* Education: Completed Business degree or technical degree such as Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field for less than 2 years.
* Communication and Language Skills: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging compelling and influential. English & Local Language proficiency requested.
* Analytical Skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit able to work across multiple functions and levels within IBM and partners.

Preferred technical and professional experience

First experience with Sales and/or IT.
