Inbound Phone Sales Representative

As an Inbound Phone Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in to book grooming appointments. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service swiftly handle inquiries and secure bookings with efficiency and accuracy. Success in this role is measured by your ability to answer calls promptly and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will book appointments for both new leads and existing customers.

  • Answer incoming calls and provide top-tier customer service.

  • Efficiently schedule and confirm grooming appointments.

  • Maintain a high answer rate and optimize call conversion.

  • Document customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Inbound Text Sales Representative

As an Inbound Text Sales Representative you will manage customer inquiries via text ensuring swift and accurate responses while securing appointments. You will engage potential customers address their questions and guide them toward booking an appointment.  Your primary focus is to convert all leads into customers by booking them their first appointment. This will be done via text messaging but may require phone calls if that is the customer's preferred method of communication.

  • Respond to inbound text messages from leads and convert them into customers.

  • Efficiently gather customer details and provide booking recommendations.

  • Objection handle and overcome any resistance to book an appointment with professionalism and grace

  • Optimize response times to enhance customer engagement.

  • Maintain accuracy and clarity in text-based communication.

Inbound Text Support Agent

In this role you will support our AI-driven booking assistant Astro stepping in to assist when human intervention is required. Your goal is to enhance the AI’s efficiency while ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Monitor AI-handled conversations and provide support when necessary.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication when AI requires assistance.

  • Analyze AI interactions to optimize automation success.

  • Maintain a quick response time for seamless customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing BPO customer service or voice-based role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Energetic enthusiastic and comfortable leading conversations with confidence

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for staying organized and accurate

  • Resourceful and proactive—you don’t wait for answers you find them

  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-moving setup

  • Strong critical thinking mindset for ongoing improvement

  • Bonus: Experience in scheduling outbound follow-ups or online chat is a big plus!

Compensation

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $5/hr - $8/hr based on experience.
