The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Integration Technical Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing software solutions by understanding information needs for the Medical Solutions Division business
• Providing expertise in the design, development and implementation of SOA integrations and software solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization. Create, review designs, design patterns for Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite
• Creating application architecture and design documents in compliance with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Strong knowledge and implementation expertise in integration patterns as per 3M Standards
• Advocating and enhancing the Agile software development lifecycle
• Determining operational feasibility of solution designs by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
• Determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
• Conducting systems analysis and recommends changes in policies and procedures
• Potentially managing small team of software engineers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring, and assisting to resolve complex technical or design issues.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified) from an accredited institution and five (5) years' experience in multiple Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies and Oracle SOA Suite Development (Oracle SOA Suite 10g, 11g, 12c)

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher and eight (8) years' experience in multiple Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies and Oracle SOA Suite Development (Oracle SOA Suite 10g, 11g, 12c)

• Two (2) years' experience using Cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Two (2) years of experience in SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering
• Three (3) years' experience in integrating multiple ERP (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc) systems

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Five (5) Years of EDI experience - EDI transaction formats, trading partner agreements, HIPAA transaction sets preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the following formats: BPEL, XSLT, XML, XSD, WSDL, XQuery
• Experience in data mapping - both transformation and translation
• Two (2) years of SQL and relational database background
• Experience with automated testing and deployment strategies
• Strong experience in integration components such as web services, frameworks etc.
• Experience using J2EE, XML, Java, JSP etc.
• Oracle EBS integration using open interface tables, APIs, and XML Gateway
• Experience with Confluence and Jira in an agile development lifecycle
• Experience developing real-time operational dashboards for monitoring and alerting
• Project Lead experience

Location: Will consider remote US work location

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
