A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope cost and timeline while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans budgets schedules and staffing requirements including IBM client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
Responsabilities
- Supervise delivery and support projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
