In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Work in an agile project-centric team-focused environment.
- Be involved in every step of the process from design and development to testing releasing changes and troubleshooting where necessary providing excellent customer service.
- Analyze validate and propose improvements to existing functionality with the support of the architect.
- Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to implement and code creative solutions.
- Establish processes procedures and guidelines for technical work within the project.
- Continuously learn new methodologies and technologies.
- Share your knowledge within your team and organization.
- Solid work experience with Java and/or Spring Boot.
- Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications for at least one cloud platform (AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform IBM Cloud).
- Experience with containers (Docker Podman) and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Ready to work in an Agile/DevOps environment.
