What You'll Get to Do:

• As a systems engineer you will provide tier 3 support for multiple Corporate IT solutions
• Work with Microsoft Office 365 solutions as well as On-premise hybrid servers or standalone Microsoft solutions
• Work with MFA technologies such as RSA Authentication Manger, Okta, etc.
• Work with perimeter email security devices
• Manage external DNS
• Manage On-premise File Transfer solutions
• Use Splunk for in depth troubleshooting and analysis
• Work with other teams to help resolve complex issues with systems that you do not manage

More About the Role:

CACI is looking for a Junior Systems Engineer who will work within Corporate IT to support multiple enterprise solutions. This includes Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams in our CACI Microsoft tenant and several other solutions including systems for MFA, load balancing, ADFS, email security, and external DNS.

This is an opportunity to work with a strong senior level engineering team supporting corporate systems and to be involved in the buildout of future initiatives.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
• An understanding of Microsoft Office365 applications: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of supporting technologies: LDAP, Identity Management/authentication, Load Balancing, Security, DNS
• Ability to communicate/collaborate well with other engineer support staff, and management both inside and outside or your immediate team
• Ability to communicate/collaborate well with CACI end users
• Ability to work well within a team including both leading and following
• Strong troubleshooting ability.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Microsoft or related technologies
• Experience with Office365 and Azure
