Junior Technical Support

• Operating systems including iOS and Mac OSX, Windows and/ or Linux
• Lenovo, Apple, Amazon Kindle
• Written documentation, updates and root cause analysis on IT issues to ZenDesk ticketing system
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP …)

• Knowledge of Macs (professionally or privately)
• Understanding importance of Information security
• Experience using and supporting video conferencing
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Regular communication with team, users and partners.
• Flexibility and support for your team - this means sharing knowledge within team and collaborating wherever possible

While we’ve traditionally been a traveling consultancy, we have adopted a hybrid working model with the majority of work being completed remotely from either home or local Thoughtworks offices. However, business travel to client locations should be expected when required by Thoughtworks or our clients’ needs.
