JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to drive and scale our infrastructure with a primary focus on Kubernetes orchestration and cloud-native technologies. In this leadership role you will architect implement and manage our containerized environments ensuring performance security and reliability for critical applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines that enable automated testing deployment and monitoring of microservices.

• Define and enforce best practices for containerization infrastructure as code (IaC) and Kubernetes operations.

• Collaborate with development security and operations teams to build resilient and secure cloud-native solutions.

• Drive improvements in observability including logging metrics and alerting using tools like Prometheus Data Dog or similar.

• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers ensuring technical growth and consistent delivery.

• Own and maintain Helm charts Kubernetes manifests and automation scripts for multi-environment deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud and containerized environments.

• Stay up to date with industry trends tools and Kubernetes CNCF ecosystem advancements.

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $120700 to $180900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications expertise and the candidate’s geographical location.
