Lead Software Engineer (JavaScript)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with Javascript expertise to oversee and drive the development of complex software solutions.
In this lead role, you will not only contribute your ReactJs expertise to the coding and development processes but also mentor a team of talented software engineers. You'll guide projects from conception to delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of software engineers throughout the development, testing, and delivery phases of high-quality software applications
• Design robust solutions and architectural models tailored to business needs, leveraging best practices and modern Javascript frameworks
• Contribute directly to the code base with exemplary programming practices; develop, debug, and deploy clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their growth and development within the company
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices
• Offer strategic problem-solving solutions to complex software engineering challenges
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and frameworks to promote and implement best practices in software development
• Engage in effective communication with other team leads, product owners, and stakeholders, making technical details understandable in terms of business value

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in ReactJs development, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field coupled
• Proficiency in ReactJS, RESTful APIs , CSS framework
• In-depth experience with front-end development tools , TypeScript Experienced with Agile development
• Capability to design and architect high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions
• Experience in leading and managing software development teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience
