Responsibilities
As a Learning Designer with Oracle Health's federal team, you will be responsible for designing and developing appropriate learning curriculum to meet client business needs, including workflow and solution adoption best practices. You will also coordinate training design and development efforts between subject matter expert, solution consultant, and clinical consultant teams. You will use a variety of software to create learning documents, including Adobe Captivate and Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and open source tools.

- Develop courseware and performance support tools to support go-lives and workflow adoption of Oracle Health products.
- Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members.
- Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events.
- Problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two years technical or professional experience using Oracle Health products or related software preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS a plus.

You will use a variety of software to create learning documents, including Adobe Captivate and Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and open source tools.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year human resources work experience and/or other learning/adult education work experience, including instructional design, training facilitation and/or learning consultation
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Instructional Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience applying the ADDIE model
- Experience with graphic design
- Experience with web development
- Experience with Section 508 compliance
- Proficiency with Adobe Captivate
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
