Machine Operator

Our client is seeking skilled and reliable IndustrialMachine Operatorsto join their team in Tukwila, WA. In this role, you will operate and maintain various large-scale production equipment to manufacture high-quality products. The Day-to-Day: • Set up and operate industrial production machinery, including equipment for printing, laminating, cutting, stacking, binding, folding, and finishing processes. • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency. • Produce high quantity without sacrificing quality. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Assist in various production areas, including sorting, organizing orders, quality control, packaging, shipping, and binning. • Performs other related general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Previous experience operating industrial machinery in a production environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Basic computer skills. Pay Rate: • $21.10 to $25.10 /hr Schedule: • 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM • 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM • 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM During their high-volume peak seasons, candidates are required to work 7 days a week which includes modified schedules – including overtime such as early starts, extended shifts, and some mandatory weekend work.
