Manager Trainee

Our team does a remarkable job at devising and executing creative and impactful fundraising campaigns that expand the reach of our charity partners in the local area. We have recently been given the opportunity to expand into even larger markets, and are looking for a Manager Trainee to help us achieve our expansion goals. The Manager Trainee will receive complete training on all behind the scenes and on-site event requirements, compliance standards and goals. Ultimately, the Manager Trainee will assist us with expanding our profile of charity partnerships in the local area. 

Manager Trainee Responsibilities: 

• Combine your customer service and leadership skills to create impactful fundraising and event campaigns that leave a lasting impression
• Be the go-to example of excellent customer service, professionalism, and leadership.
• Lead your team in delivering the ultimate customer experience by answering donor questions and effectively presenting our charity partners goals and mission 
• Drive your team’s performance, including meeting and exceeding fundraising goals.
• Inspire your team with training and coaching.
• Identify skills gaps, then create and implement development plans.

Manager Trainee Requirements:

• Top tier customer service/sales representative who has worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers about our charity partnerships.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Effective listening skills and the ability to problem-solve.
• Individuals who are comfortable selling as well as teaching and helping your team members out as needed.
• High school diploma / GED
• Self-motivated and self-directed, and can adhere to a tightly structured customer training program
