What’s in it for you: • $85,000 - $95,000+ annual salary, depending on experience • Full suite of benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) + company matching • Generous paid time off and paid company holidays • Continuing education opportunities are provided for professional development Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience within a retail brokerage • Active Property & Casualty license • Demonstrated proficiency in policy analysis and coverage verification • Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols • Must understand Earthquake and Flood policies, Management Liability, E&O, Umbrella, EPLI, Pollution policies – among others The Position: • Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts • Evaluate insurance policies and recommend necessary adjustments • Cultivate strong client relationships by fostering positive and reliable rapport • Process requests for information and documentation efficiently • Prepare and submit applications that incorporate underwriting information from the producer • Actively follow up with markets to secure competitive quotes • Service to client’s needs including answering policy/coverage questions, exposures, endorsements, reviewing monthly exposure forms, etc. APPLY NOW!
