Your Responsibilities

• Choose article topics selected from a pool.

• Research and write original Features

• Pitch article topics to our Editorial team.

• Be a dedicated and consistent contributor to the site.

• Follow Colliders general Editorial Guidelines while producing unique and high-quality content.

• Produce articles in a timely manner to ensure that the latest industry news and most interesting content are always available to Colliders loyal readers.

• Work under tight deadlines and submit tasks on time.

• Have a working knowledge of Music and current events.

Experience and Skills

• Educational Background in journalism or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in producing entertainment and related content.

• In-depth familiarity with and fierce passion for the music industry especially the latest Music.

• Experience with SEO practices.

• Experience with a custom CMS preferred.

• Familiarity with music marketing social media virality (TikTok Instagram Reels etc.)

• Experience covering events like Coachella Lollapalooza The Grammys or SXSW.

• Connections with insiders and performers and a history of conducting interviews with artists.

• Knowledge of platforms like Spotify Apple Music SoundCloud Bandcamp.
