Join an integrated practice of 6 highly experienced physicians with a team-based approach in a top Critical Access Hospital in the state of Iowa.

Practice Details:
•  Join as collegial of a group as I've seen with a total of 6 other physicians
•  Reasonable delivery volumes of anywhere between 50-75
•  4-day work week offered with an OB call of just 1:7
•  12-15 patients per day
•  Flexible case mix can include up to 65-70% GYN
•  $50 million investment in new facilities will be completed end of 2025
•  DaVinci robot available
•  State-of-the-art LDRP rooms with adjacent access to the Surgery Department

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Employed position with a salary guarantee of up to $464,000 plus generous RVU Conversion Factor
