Painter/Laborer

Responsibilities • Execute painting tasks for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. • Perform plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed. • Assist with fixture installation and concrete finishing tasks. • Collaborate with team members on renovation and remodeling projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites. Qualifications • Proven experience in residential and commercial painting. • Strong understanding of construction estimating and basic math skills. • Familiarity with color theory and its application in painting projects. • Experience with plastering, masonry, stucco, and restoration work is preferred. • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment. • Knowledge of frame carpentry, trim carpentry, welding, and maintenance person tasks is a plus. • Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
