Objective of this role is to build sustainable project plan for payroll implementations and drive it to a successful closure.
- Build sustainable project plans for payroll implementations
- Drive those projects to a successful closure by mobilizing the required resources both from a service provider and IBM perspective
- Ensure that goals are achieved at each phase of the project
- Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are provided by the target date
- Set priorities and drive the execution of the project plan accordingly
- Relationship management between IBM and its various partners collaborating in those projects
- Transparent commuunication of the project status to the stakeholders
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management preferably in the payroll industry and/or HR solutions
- Experience in software implementation projects preferably payroll processing software and operational delivery
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to establish priorities develop work plans assess progress towards goals and pay attention to detailed data and information
- Demonstrated ability to assess situations determine importance urgency and risks; make timely decisions in the best interest of the project agreements
- Good communication skills with ability to adapt communication style to variety of stakeholders
- Customer-focused with a service-orientated approach
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Fluent spoken and written English
