We are currently looking for a Porter to join our team at a property in Pflugerville, TX. The Groundskeeper/Porteris responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and responding to customer service requests. Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services per assigned schedule and according to policies and procedures Inform manager of supply needs; keep storage area well organized and locked • Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments • Daily walk the property for curb appeal, condition, deferred maintenance and safety issues to meet • Inspection Report standards and "I would live here" test • Notify manager of any safety concerns. • Participate in safety meetings • May require training to receive additional regulatory and environmental certifications such as lead, asbestos renovations/repairs, HVAC and CFC I, II and universal • Responsible for swimming pool daily maintenance and cleaning Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
