Key Responsibilities:
• Guide children in accordance withMontessori principlesand early childhood best practices
• Develop and implementage-appropriate lesson plans
• Create anurturing, calm, and prepared learning environment
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development
• Communicate effectively and warmly with families
• Collaborate with a team of experienced and supportive educators
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
• Montessori certification (preferred, but not required)
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• A love for teaching young children and a respectful, patient teaching style
