Job Description:

Job Duties

• Identify market opportunities, develop business cases, define requirements, influence UI/UX, and work closely with the development team to meet our timelines and objectives.
• Create detailed specifications for new features, enhancements, and new products that exceed our customers' expectations
• Orchestrate all aspects of product launches by working directly with key groups like customer support, sales, marketing, integration partners, and influential customers
• Define and audit product success metrics
• Manage feedback from multiple sources, including customers and internal resources
• Organize and manage several high priority issues simultaneously

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3yrs of relevant experience in a product, marketing, business analyst, project management type of role.
• Technology knowledgeable, able to develop simple models and prototypes
• Research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation skills to present to large and diverse audiences
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experienced using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently
