Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our next hybrid-casual puzzle game hit! In this role, you'll join our dynamic internal team and work closely with engineers, artists, and other cross-functional teams to build, launch, and refine our products. We're looking for someone who can work in a time slot close to UTC+1 (Paris time) to stay aligned with the team.

Reporting directly to the Product Director, your key responsibilities will be:

• Designing and implementing engaging game features using a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
• Overseeing and testing ongoing tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to derive insights and guide game feature improvements.
• Defining the strategic direction for the game and develop a roadmap for its success.
• Contributing to every phase of the game development cycle, from initial concepts to final release.
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and create exceptional gaming experiences.

In this role, you’ll have a significant impact on the company by driving crucial decisions and working with a senior, multidisciplinary team of dedicated and talented professionals. You'll shape game design, manage testing processes, and adjust the game based on player feedback.

Requirements

If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team! We are also looking for:

• 3+ years of experience on mobile games with an amazing track record and your fingerprints all over them
• A great understanding of the mobile casual games market
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• You are a collaborative, team-player with experience working with cross-functional teams
• An ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information
• You are fluent in English - French is a plus
