The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, will support the recently launched indication of TREMFYA® in ulcerative colitis and any future launch preparation, reporting into the Group Product Director, TREMFYA® HCP. This is a critical marketing position on the Janssen Gastroenterology team to help shape the strategy and develop implementation plans for these critical launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support the Product Director on the Professional strategy development and tactical plan '25 refinements and execution.
- You will lead the development of critical branded Professional promotion tactics across Ulcerative Colitis and any future launch, incl. personal promotion assets and non-personal promotion assets, like digital assets, social media and more.
- You will lead the Professional Media Plan strategy and execution.
- You will lead the holistic TREMFYA® HCP KPI tracking across Professional promotion and Medical education, with monthly reporting updates to the Director of Marketing (DOM).

Qualifications
Education:
You should have a B.A. or a B.S. degree and an MBA is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years business experience, of which at least 3 years of successful and dynamic experience in Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, or related fields is required.
- Ability to be creative, action and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
- You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners to be successful.
- Previous Immunology sales or marketing experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
Other:
A deep understanding of the English language will ensure we effectively communicate our value proposition.
This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.
