Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage product release communications to existing customers, leveraging multiple channels (e.g., email, in-app) to communicate product updates to key stakeholders across our customers.
- Develop ongoing campaigns to drive adoption of existing product features as well as expansion into new use cases including, but not limited to, blog posts, email nurture and product webinars.
- Design and manage a library of up-to-date marketing resources for the Customer Success and Sales teams designed for key customer touch points (e.g., QBRs, trade shows, contract renewal discussions).
- Closely monitor customer programs and identify opportunities to continuously optimize and scale them. Work with sales and customer success to develop account-specific marketing plans to ensure customer adoption and utilization.

- Communication is your superpower. You have the ability to articulate ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling way via email, blog, powerpoint, or presentation
- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to set and execute on clear goals to build our customer marketing program from the ground-up.
- You are able to tie day-to-day work to larger sales, brand, and customer experience goals to ensure you are working on the right thing and moving the business forward.
Requirements
- Work experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or customer success with direct involvement supporting product adoption and utilization. Bonus if you worked in B2B healthcare technology.
- Strong technical writing capabilities and are able to clearly communicate product features and benefits to a non-technical audience.
- Experience leveraging multiple mediums to convey the value of our product including email, blog, PowerPoint, or presentation.
- Experience working directly with customers and presenting to senior management.
