• Supervisory, light-touch role:This is primarily oversight and quality assurance, designed to be compatible with a full‑time clinical position. Day‑to‑day teaching is handled by our instructor team, so this role should rarely impact your primary job.
• Instructors teach; you lead:OurLPN instructorsdeliver the curriculum and run clinicals. You mentor, select, and supervise them, ensuring standards are met—without carrying the daily teaching load.

How this works day to day
• Oversight, not bedside:Expect scheduled check‑ins, instructor mentorship, periodic syllabus/records review, and occasional site visits aligned with classes and clinicals.
• LPN‑led instruction:LPN instructors are responsible for classroom and clinical teaching; you provide leadership, approval, and supervision.
• Flexible cadence:Most tasks are planned in advance around class cycles, minimizing interruptions to your primary position.

Compensation & schedule
• Retainer-based compensationaligned to the supervisory scope of work.
• We’re open to alternatives (e.g., hybrid retainer + hourly, per‑cohort stipend) if you prefer a different structure.
• Part‑time, flexible scheduling with responsibilities planned around program timelines.
Advancement & future scope
• As we expand tonew locations, there’s room to step into multi‑site leadership or a broader academic/quality role. You’ll help shape how our programs scale and maintain excellence.
