We’re seeking a proactive and detail-orientedProject Managerto join our leadership team and oversee cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Overview The Project Manager will coordinate production, purchasing, and compliance projects while ensuring timely deliverables, strong customer relationships, and operational excellence. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to align multiple departments and contribute to the company’s growth. What You’ll Do Team & Operations Leadership • Oversee day-to-day project execution across production and purchasing teams. • Perform regular facility walk-throughs to identify and resolve issues. • Facilitate clear communication across English/Spanish-speaking teams. • Prepare and maintain SOPs, timelines, and project documentation. Customer & Vendor Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Manage vendor contracts, pricing, and delivery performance. • Collaborate with customers on large-scale projects, ensuring milestones are met. Compliance & Safety Oversight • Coordinate with compliance staff to ensure projects meet ITAR, Prop 65, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and other regulations. • Support documentation and audits as needed. Quality & Continuous Improvement • Support ISO 9001 and AS9102 quality standards across projects. • Track KPIs and recommend improvements to processes and workflows. Project & Process Management • Lead cross-functional project planning, scheduling, and execution. • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across departments. • Maintain thorough documentation of project decisions and results. Requirements • Proven experience in project management within operations, manufacturing, or compliance environments. • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBScript a plus). • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ITAR, ISO, RoHS, etc. • Strong documentation and organizational skills. • SQL or Visual Basic experience is a plus. • Must be able to work independently, this is not a training role.
