Job Description
SUMMARY:
Lockton Affinity, located Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Senior Sales Support Administrator, which will be accountable for guiding a dedicated team within the Sales Department. They will work with management to define team goals, oversee the work performed and ensure goals and service standards are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Sales team by reaching out to potential clients and obtaining their Insurance Renewal Date in order for the Sales Associates to provide competitive quote options the prospective client
- Manage the Sales Support Team
- Prioritize Projects
- Ability to assign projects to the team and follow up for completion
- Set timelines/expectations with the Sales Support Administrators, Program Executives, Producers, etc. when projects will be complete
- Utilize reports to monitor workload of the Sales Support teamData Management
- Understand and monitor list update schedule provided by Program Executives
- Obtain lists from Program Executives during their scheduled time slot
- Clean and prepare list for CRM import and handle entire import process
- Ability to understand "special" projects needing completed and delegate work to the team
- Utilize Data Management Report in CRM to prioritize programs/projects that could benefit the sales team but additional qualified leads being added
- Identify Duplicate accounts during list updates and make the decision on merging accounts
- Assist Program Executive's/Producers in identifying key data points for list updates
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft CRM
- How to update data
- How to run reports
- How to export data into excel
- Creating views
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage team of associates and monitor activity
- Ability to communicate status of projects to Sales Manager and Program Executives
