The role
- Good knowledge of lightning framework for internal and external user's support.
- Having good knowledge of service cloud.
- Maintain custom solutions on force.com platform using Apex and Visual force
- Have done Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Overall Administrative functions within salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of user profile and permission.
- Having working experience as a System Admin working on Sales, Service and Community clouds

- Having Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Service cloud support.
