The role

• Good knowledge of lightning framework for internal and external user's support.
• Having good knowledge of service cloud.
• Maintain custom solutions on force.com platform using Apex and Visual force
• Have done Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Overall Administrative functions within salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of user profile and permission.
• Having working experience as a System Admin working on Sales, Service and Community clouds
