Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM SAP BASIS Technical Lead you are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.
Serves as Lead to provide business technical and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as SAP Basis DBA Tivoli Architecture Cyber and FISCAM. Schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements.
Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Reports orally and in writing to the SPM and government representatives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of SAP enterprise COTS implementation
• Minimum 5 years of BASIS or Technical Architecture and knowledge of ABAP Development and post production support experience
• 10 years of technical experience managing SAP systems
• Requires knowledge of available infrastructure related system software system integration techniques network management
• Demonstrable experience with contemporary project management tools

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Math Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. 4 years of SAP BASIS or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance – no dual citizenship – US Citizenship required

• Able to work with MS Office products PowerPoint Excel Word Visio
• Federal experience DoD experience Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• At Least 5 years of ERP specific experience
