CACI is seeking a solution focused Product Team Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our Navy customer in San Diego, CA. The Scrum Master leads a cross-functional team of 7 to 10 product team members executing CACI's Agile Software Factory process to integrated applications into DCGS-N. The product team is one of several product teams executing a Scaled Agile Integration effort in support of the DCGS-N Program. The Scrum master supports a Scrum of Scrums to provide program level metrics and schedule synchronization. The Scrum Master will coordinate with all the government product owner and all product stakeholders to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a product's status and associated deliverables. The Scrum Master leads a scrum team of DEVOPS, Integration, Tech Writers, and Cyber Engineers to provide software system integration support to the DCGS-N program.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Lead an agile/scrum product team
• Conduct agile scrum ceremonies
• Track and collect agile metrics for inclusion into program level metrics
• Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers
• Support technical program leadership in conducting release planning, and system design
• Work on an DEVSECOPS pipeline to deliver a CI/CD pipeline solution to the Navy
• Responsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverables
• Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.
• Facilitates team communications and updates product owner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriate.
• Prepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership.
• Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
• Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Assists Project/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in managing a scrum team
• Bachelor's degree or an additional 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Current TS/SCI clearance
• Be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Have experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DEVSECOPS
• Have a Security+ Certification
• Experience working on DoD projects and programs
