Security Solution Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities
Based on client site in Melbourne CBD this key role works closely with our client to provide security by design advise. The role will:

• Provide a security lens across all IT programs of work
• Develop security solution architecture designs
• Assess and recommend security architecture frameworks
• Embed IT security standards within client environment
• Technical solution qualification
• Participation in client meetings to articulate technical benefits of solution
• Manage coordinate design and/or lead proof of concept/technology efforts
• Provide management of solution lifecycle including cadence status tracking and issue resolution
• Manage Client requirements gathering

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Significant Security Architecture experience in large enterprise environments
• Previous consulting experience acting as trusted advisor
• Ability to work across teams/domains to ensure security by design is embedded into client organisation
• Experienced in working with best practice frameworks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Learning mindset keeping industry certifications up to date

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Relevant industry certifications will be highly regarded such as:

• CISSP
• TOGAF
• SABSA

Along with any experience working within critical infrastructure environments such as energy/utilities.
