Senior consultant DFDS - Defence & Public security

You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven SAP Industry Solution Defence&Security to support in a ECC to S/4 migration with one of IBM clients within Public Sector. You will be consulting with senior stakeholder from the client to determine the business needs evaluating the business readiness and developing and deploying SAP solutions.
To ensure success you should possess extensive knowledge of SAP DFPS or D&S System integration and the ability to facilitate complex decision making processes.
Your primary responsibilities include:

• Determining business needs via consultation business analysis and targeted observations.
• Responsible for the Design phase of the project and to produce a signed off Business Blueprint.
• Determination of difference in data structures between DFPS and D&S .
• Guiding a team of medior and junior consultants in:
  • Developing and configuring SAP solutions.
  • Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
  • Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest S/4HANA offerings updates and developments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP-accredited certification.
• At least 8 years’ experience as SAP consultant.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems deployment and system integration.
• Experiences with SAP IS DFPS or IS D&S.
• Great collaboration interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong mix of Functional & Technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
• NATO country passport.
• NATO Security Clearance or possibility to get one.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
