Senior Full Stack Engineer

How will you make an impact:

• Collaborate with our product team to build new applications and Saas products.

• Participate in high-level design decisions and execute on them.

• Work closely with our data science and data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and workflows.

• Interface with our project team to build integrations with clients.

• Leverage data infrastructure to deliver high impact user-friendly client-facing business intelligence and analytics.

Skills needed to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience with Python particularly in developing web applications using frameworks like Django or Flask.

• Deep knowledge of React including component-based architecture state management (e.g. Redux) and front-end testing frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases including schema design and optimization for performance.

• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems is a big plus.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments a plus.

• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines containerization and Terraform a plus.

• Exposure working with Data Science teams and Pandas/Polars is nice to have.

• Experience working in Insurtech or on AI/ML products is a bonus.
